Excited about a new study open at Margie Petersen Breast Center for patients with advanced breast cancer. In this study, a new regimen (Bria-IMT regimen) is intended to stimulate the immune system to attack the cancer cells. The medication is injected into four spots under the skin and then combined with other medications to stimulate the immune system. This would be a great resource for patients whose cancers are not responding to traditional chemotherapies. This regimen is showing early promise!
